What Vuccia does
Vuccia is a personal experience-planning service run by Lara. Based on your questionnaire, Vuccia writes a personalised programme and guides you through it via the Vuccia app.
The questionnaire is not a booking
Filling in the questionnaire does not commit you to anything. It lets Lara send you a personalised proposal, which you are free to accept, request changes to, or decline.
What Vuccia does not sell
Vuccia plans and guides experiences but does not sell travel packages. Flights, accommodation, tickets and on-site costs are booked and paid by you directly, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payment
Once you accept a proposal, payment is due by card, Barion or bank transfer as agreed with Lara before the programme is finalised.
Changes and cancellations
Dates, group size and programme details can be adjusted up until the programme is finalised. Cancellation terms are agreed individually and confirmed in writing.
